LET´S TALK WHEEL LOCK

Keeping Your Custom Factory Alloy Wheels From Being Stolen

Many newer vehicles are equipped with Custom Factory Alloy Wheels. Keeping these cool looking wheels from being stolen requires a locking lug nut for each wheel. Locking lug nuts require a special coded socket for removal. All four locking lugs are coded exactly the same so they require only one special coded socket to remove them.

Do you know whether your wheels require a coded socket? If so, do you know exactly where this socket is? We have had many customers in our shop that did not know about their need for coded socket and this creates a small dilemma for us but could be a large nightmare for you on the side of the highway. If you have questions about locking lug nuts and your vehicle please call or come by so we can help you.
We welcome your feedback on these features.
You can e-mail us at tech@astauto.com or contact us any of the old fashioned ways.
