This can make gauges very hard to see which over a period of time can turn an enjoyable driving experience into a headache from squinting to see your gauges. Instrument panels become hazy due to scratching from abrasive cleaning, oxidation due to overexposure to sun light and staining from harsh chemicals. Any of the above conditions can be corrected with the help of proper polishing or cleaning compounds.
