There Are Many Advantages To Bonding Panels Instead Of Welding Them



A Street Automotive´s Collision Repair Facility has installed the full line of Fusor Products, for making metal and plastic repairs.

Ryan Killian, one of our collision specialists, attended a Fusor Product Line Seminar to learn the exact product uses. Fusor products are used by many vehicle manufacturers to make original vehicle equipment. Fusor plastic and body repair materials are extremely strong and user friendly. The Fusor metal bonding material is so strong that entire body panels can be bonded onto a vehicle with absolutely no welding. Vehicles with Fusor bonded panels have been crush tested and certified safe.

There are many advantages to bonding panels instead of welding them. First of all there is no chance of secondary damage from welding slag. They also have better corrosion protection, there is no weld grinding and finally they are easier to apply. The collision industry is finding more and more uses for metal bonding. High tech adhesives mean higher quality repairs.
