We strongly encourage you to fill out one of our AAA Satisfaction Evaluation Cards. It´s got easy to use checkboxes and is postpaid so you can drop it into any mailbox. These cards are tallied by the AAA and count towards our Customer Satisfaction Index, which is closely monitored by AAA in certifying us as a AAA Approved Auto Care Shop.

The owners of A Street Automotive & Collision realize that our customers are the most important resource that we have. We are also aware that due to the nature of our business, not all jobs will go in a perfectly planned order all of the time.

In light of this we have made constructive criticism an important part of our business planning process.
