A Street Has Been Unconditionally Accepted Into The Program
We are proud to announce that AAA of Oregon/Idaho has established their Approved Auto Repair program (AAR) and A Street has been unconditionally accepted to the program. Because AAA is so reputable and customer service oriented they have set very strict guidelines for becoming an AAR shop.
AAA gave our shop a thorough on-site evaluation. Some of the areas covered are: facility appearance, community reputation, technician training, ASE certification of techs, service procedures, financial obligation, shop tooling, diagnostic equipment areas, customer service and many more. You may have been one of the many customers that AAA polled for satisfaction at random. If you are, thanks for the good report. We were glad to go through the stringent acceptance process because it really adds credibility to the program, furthermore we are sure that you will only find professional customer oriented repair shops on the program.
